Considering how addicted I am to carousing
Pinterest, you'd think I would have attempted a lot more than just this food idea. Every single time I log in I am bombarded by other people's creativity! It's mind boggling. You look through countless ideas and all of a sudden you feel as though you can do anything, create anything, and BE anything.
This food recipe seemed simple enough and knew it would be a crowd pleaser.The
original recipe only used Canadian bacon, but I
love bacon {who doesn't}, so I did half and half. Here they are fresh from the oven.

And here I added them to a toasted whole wheat English muffin.
